Working with natural wood is one of nature’s gift that offers Bill the opportunity to create unique wood art forms.  After years of decay, old natural wood is gathered from beaches and forests are given new life. One piece of wood is often used as base to support other subjects that fit on top of another mixed-media subject… fish, crow, heron,.. etc. The second would be a single piece of wood for producing unique lamps, wall decor and unusual abstract shapes that suggest though, meaning, visual response or whatever one may think it suggests.
